The attorney representing accused killer Timothy Norton has waived his client’s right to a preliminary hearing, conceding prosecutors have enough evidence to proceed to trial.
Norton, along with James Phelps, are accused of kidnapping, murdering and dismembering Cassidy Rainwater last summer on Phelps’ property in Dallas County.
The sheriff says the two men had been planning Rainwater’s murder for a couple of months.
