UPDATE: Traffic on southbound Highway 160 re-opened by 10 a.m. after crews cleared the concrete pumper truck.
The driver of a concrete pumper truck has apparently escaped without injury after the truck flipped over on Highway 160 south of Plainview Road near Steinert’s Greenhouse.
The Highway Patrol says the truck overturned just after 6:30 a.m. Tuesday.
It could take several hours to remove the truck from the highway.
We’ve also had report that drivers going northbound on 160 have been stopping to gawk at the pumper truck, hampering tow truck efforts to clear the wreck.
