93.3 KWTO Keeping Watch Over the Ozarks
A man from Ash Grove has died in a crash near Mt. Vernon.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol says Matthew Vermillion, 27, crossed the center line of Highway 174 and hit another car head-on.
His vehicle then flipped and slid off the roadway.
Vermillion died at the scene. The driver of the other vehicle was rushed to a hospital in Springfield with serious injuries.
