Police are investigating a double fatal shooting on the parking lot of a restaurant along the 76 strip in Branson.
Officers responded to the 1800 block of west 76 Country Boulevard late Saturday evening, where two people were shot outside of Famous Dave’s Restaurant.
One victim died at the scene and the other was rushed to a hospital in Springfield.
Police have identified the victims as Krystle Buhl, 38, Forsyth and Richard McMahan, 39, Merriam Woods.
Police say they don’t see anything that indicates a robbery or any indication of a threat to the community, but they do have some people of interest they’d like to talk to.
Famous Dave’s will be closed through Monday as the business processes and grieves the loss of “famous family” members.
