| The Springfield R-12 School District will be hosting a series of virtual question and answer sessions between its next superintendent and parents, students, staff and members of the community. Below are the details in a news release by the district: SPS announced earlier this month that Dr. Grenita Lathan will be its next superintendent. She is eager to begin meeting staff, parents, students and community members and several virtual Q&A sessions have been organized. During these virtual meetings, Dr. Lathan will share more about her background and professional experience and answer questions submitted by participants.
