Jury Selection in Fatal Road Rage Incident Begins

Jury Selection has begun in the trial for Elizabeth McKeown accused of killing Barbara Foster by running her over with her car.

Elizabeth McKeown has been charged with first degree murder and armed criminal action over a road rage incident turned hit-and-run.

McKeown described to police that she had grown impatient waiting behind Foster in her car, when she rear ended her to “be nice” when she “wouldn’t go”. After Foster got out to look at the damage to her car McKeown ran her over.

Foster later passed away from her injuries at a local hospital.
