KWTO Honor Flight of the Ozarks Radiothon Is August 23rd

For the third straight year, KWTO and our Zimmer radio stations in Springfield are asking our listeners to help send veterans to Washington D-C with the KWTO Honor Flight of the Ozarks Radiothon.

We’ll be on the air Friday, August 23rd from 6am-6pm, interviewing veterans and guardians who have gone through the Honor Flight experience.

Honor Flight of the Ozarks raises money from its hub territory to send our veteran heroes to Washington on a trip that can be transformative for veterans who have been struggling with their war experiences.

But these flights are expensive, as well as all the equipment, such as wheelchairs, used to help our military heroes have a transformative trip.

And we need your help raising money to help Honor Flight of the Ozarks continue these missions.

You don’t have to wait until August 23rd to give to the KWTO Honor Flight of the Ozarks Radiothon.
