Many Roads Still Flooded in the Ozarks

More than a half foot of rain fell in parts of the Ozarks from Thursday to Sunday, creating flooding along creeks, streams and low water crossings and forcing crews to shut down a number of roads.

Most counties in southwest Missouri remain under a Flood Warning through early Monday afternoon.

Most of the Ozarks should have a break in the rain Monday and Tuesday before more showers and thunderstorms arrive Tuesday night and Wednesday.

Strong to severe storms will also be possible during this period.
