Missouri State Receiving COVID-19 Vaccine

Missouri State University is expected to receive around 300 doses of COVID-19 vaccine Monday.

Employees considered at high risk for contracting the virus, including those 65 and older, and people under 65 with underlying health conditions, will get first priority.

Vaccinations will begin on Tuesday, with sign-ups online.

MSU President Clif Smart says faculty and staff are encouraged, but not required, to get innoculated.

The shots will be given at Magers Health and Wellness Center.

The university has posted more information on vaccines here.
