Voters in a number of school districts have decided money issues in Tuesday’s elections, along with several cities and fire protection districts.

Logan-Rogersville, Strafford, Pleasant Hope, Billings, Clever, Chadwick and Sparta all passed school funding issues.

Highlandville, Strafford and Willard passed tax levies for fire protection but a fire protection tax levy in Ebenezer failed.

Voters in Christian and Webster Counties said no to the Homestead Property Issue.

Diggins passed a sales tax on marijuana sales.

Other issues voted on Tuesday included Nixa residents voting to allow the city council to fill vacancies instead of holding a special election.

Ozark residents said no to having a commission chosen to frame a city charter.

Sparta said no to both a half cent sales tax and extending term for mayor to four years.

And a couple of communities held mayoral races Tuesday.

Residents of Clever elected Eric Beaudoin mayor and Mark Sturdefant was elected mayor of Seymour.
