Senator Josh Hawley Files Counter-Complaint Against Senate Democrats

Missouri Senator Josh Hawley is filing a counter-complaint against seven Senate democrats who called for an ethics investigation into his objection to certifying Pennsylvania’s electoral count.

In a news release, Hawley says the democrats admitted in their complaint that his electoral college objection was lawful.

In a letter to the seven senators, Hawley called them out for what he calls their historic partisan abuse of the Senate ethics process and potential coordination with dark money groups, .
