UPDATE: Springfield police say Jody Ralph Stogner has been safely located. The police department thanks everyone who assisted in the search.
Officers had been particularly concerned because Stogner has diagnosed schizophrenia, is on dialysis, and on medication for hypertension and seizures. The State of Missouri is Stogner’s guardian and he had been staying at Wilsons Creek Nursing at 3403 west Mt. Vernon.
Original story: Springfield Police are searching for a missing man. Police say 61 year old Jody Stogner was last seen on Kearney Street.
A transport company arrived to give him a ride, he wasn’t there.
He is five foot eight and 178 pounds.
Anyone with information about Stogner is asked to call 9-1-1 or Springfield Police Department.
