Authorities in Springfield and Greene County are searching for a woman accused of drug possession and theft who failed to appear in court on the charges.
Investigators say 36-year Cheryl Warren stole from several Springfield businesses over the course of two years, in 2022 and 2023. She was also pulled over in 2022, where authorities found drugs in her vehicle.
The Greater Springfield Area Crime Stoppers describe Warren as a white woman, standing five-foot-five, 150 pounds, with blue eyes and blonde hair.
She also has numerous identifying marks, such as tattoos like:
- A queen tattoo on her left hand
- A feather and birds tattoo on her left wrist
- The date 5-9-19 on her left wrist
- The phrase “RIP Jelani Warren” on her left arm
- Musical notes and the phrase “the moments the memories” on her left arm
- Cherries on her left leg
- An elephant on her right arm
- A microphone and leopard print on her right arm
- The character Eeyore on her right arm
- The date 12-7-18 on her right arm
Authorities believe Warren is in Greene County. If you see her, do not approach, but call Crime Stoppers at (417) 869-8477. A cash reward is being offered for information that leads to her arrest.
