Charlie Kirk at Missouri State University

Charlie Kirk, radio host, political commentator, and president of Turning Point USA, a national student political organization, spoke at Missouri State University Thursday night.

Kirk spoke to a sold out crowd at the Missouri State Plaster Student Union about illegal immigration, conservative ideology, and LGBTQ issues. He spent time at the end taking audience questions.

The event started with an appearance by Missouri candidate for Attorney General, and Attorney for President Donald Trump, Will Scharf. Charlie Kirk has endorsed Scharf’s candidacy for Attorney General. Scharf is currently runnning against Andrew Bailey, the current Missouri Attorney General who was appointed by Governor Mike Parson.

Kirk made reference to protestors who showed up at the event, and joked about the “small” number of protestors. There were 10 reported to have shown up to the event.

The Charlie Kirk Show, Kirk’s radio program, airs on 93.3 FM – 560 AM KWTO on Sunday afternoons from 3-6 PM.
