What We Know: 16 new tiny homes are coming to the Elevate Branson community on Wednesday morning. The two ribbon cuttings will take place at 10:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m.
What It Means: The ribbon cutting marks the second expansion for its affordable housing development. Residents will discover which house is theirs for the first time while meeting the community sponsors who funded the builds. Applicants must earn at or below 50% of the Area Median Income and must reside in Taney County for at least 12 months.
