43-year-old Andrew Ellis pleaded guilty in 2022 to tampering with a motor vehicle and resisting arrest. He is once again wanted on a felony charge of tampering with a motor vehicle once again.

Authorities describe Ellis as a white male, standing 5’10”, 210 pounds, with brown hair, and brown eyes.

He has several identifying tattoos across his body, including:

  • A 9-11 in memory tattoo on the back of his neck and his back

Investigators say Ellis is likely in Greene County, but that he also has connections to the Las Vegas, Nevada and McCallen, Texas areas.
