The Missouri Attorney General’s Office has taken legal action against a solar company based in Webster County.
A six-count petition was filed against Luke Arthur and Simple Solar LLC.
The A-G’s office accuses the company of misrepresenting its business by telling customers the company would reimburse them during the first 12 months of their solar system installation loan payments.
