A pedestrian has died from injuries suffered in a crash in Springfield, MO last Friday.
Springfield Police officers responded to a crash on West Bypass near Kearney Street around 7:49 p.m. on October 3.
According to the Springfield PD, 38-year-old Aubrey Rodriguez of Willard, MO was driving northbound on West Bypass when she struck 44-year-old Andrew Herr of Springfield, who was on the roadway north of Kearney.
Herr was taken to the hospital with serious injuries.
The Greene County Medical Examiner’s Office told Springfield PD that Herr had died yesterday from his injuries.
His family has been notified of his passing, and the Springfield PD is still investigating the crash.
This is the 18th motor vehicle crash fatality in Springfield this year.
