The victim in a shooting earlier this month in Marionville has died from his injuries.
Marionville Police Chief David Turner says Koby Brown died Sunday morning after being hospitalized since the July 12 shooting.
Officers and deputies were called to a home on Orchard Street, where they found Brown sitting at a kitchen table with a gunshot wound to the head.
Two people have been charged in connection with the case.
Jonathan Moore and Kendra Norris each face one count of first-degree assault and one count of armed criminal action.
