Popular hospitality chain Margaritaville is coming to Branson with a vacation suites project that will replace the Old Red Lion Inn and Suites on the Highway 76 Strip.
What We Know: The hospitality chain, inspired by Jimmy Buffet and his song of the same name, Margaritaville and MRG Development announced Saturday that a 101-room facility specifically designed for long-term stays will be constructed on the Highway 76 strip and Fall Creek Road off of U.S. 65.
The new property will include 76 one-bedroom suites and 25 two-bedroom suites and will feature a “Five O’ Clock Somewhere” restaurant, a fitness center and a large pool.
What’s Next: Those interested in ownership of one of the new suites should know that the one-bedroom suites will start at $219,000 and $339,900 for two-bedroom suites. Owners will also have the opportunity to participate in a Reservation System, placing their unit into a managed rental program when not in personal use.
Mark Mathes with MRG Development stated that the first phase will be done by December of this year with 48 units complete.
