Marijuana Will Not Be Legal for Several Months

Amendment Three, which legalized recreational marijuana in Missouri, passed

with 53 per cent of the vote, but recreational marijuana isn’t legal yet. The

amendment won’t be officially added to the Missouri constitution for 30 days.

then there is a 30 day period for the department of health and senior services

to make application forms and instructions for getting personal cultivation

cards, and another 30 days until the department can start accepting

applications for the registration cards. February 6th, 2023 would be the

earliest date recreational marijuana could be sold or grown.
