The Missouri Department of Agriculture is asking farmers who sold cattle at a Sarcoxie sale barn to file a claim.
Agriculture officials say there is a concern that Shubert Livestock Sales L-L-C in Sarcoxie has allegedly not paid farmers who sold their livestock at their auction facility.
Producers who have not been paid for their livestock have 60 days from the sale date to file a claim.
This includes receiving non-sufficient funds checks.
