The Missouri Division of Fire Safety has identified the victim of a fatal fire last week.
Investigators say Chad Eaves was the employee who died in a fire at AM Pyrotechnics near Buffalo on the morning of November 26.
Investigators say that because of the extent of the damage, a definite cause cannot be determined.
OSHA is conducting an investigation in cooperation with D-F-S, while the A-T-F is not expected to continue investigating.
A complete report may be released in January.
