Nixa Community Pool Still Closed from Leak

The Nixa Community Pool has been closed since a leak was found on May 22nd.

Parks and Recreation Director Matt Crouse says the leak is underground somewhere, but crews have not been able to pinpoint the exact location.

Crouse says a leak detection company is bringing in additional equipment to find the leak.

He says the leak caused the pool to lose between 50 thousand and 75 thousand gallons of water per day.
