Officers with the Nixa Police Department are asking for the public’s help in searching for an armed robbery suspect.
Investigators say the suspect robbed the Signal gas station at the corner of Mount Vernon Street and Village Center at around 1 a.m. Monday morning.
The cashier at the convenience store told police the man walked in, put a backpack on the counter and pointed a gun at them.
He told the employee to put the money in his backpack, then he left. Police responded a few minutes later.
The suspect was seen on video footage wearing black shoes, black and yellow gloves, a face mask and a black hoodie with “Boot Daddy” and “Ariat” written on it.
