One of the most decorated swimmers in Olympic history is coming to Missouri State University to serve as an assistant coach for the men’s and women’s swimming and diving teams.
Ryan Lochte will join Coach Dave Collins’ staff later this summer.
Lochte says what stood out to him about Missouri State is the culture, saying the university has a strong sense of purpose, accountability, and team-first mentality.
Lochte’s 12 Olympic medals trails only Michael Phelps and Katie Ledecky.
