Missouri State University will introduce its new director of intercollegiate athletics during a news conference on Friday.
The university has selected Patrick Ransdell to be M-S-U’s 11th athletic director.
Ransdell previously served as deputy athletics director for external relations at Appalachian State University.
He replaces Kyle Moats, who left in June for a job at Eastern Kentucky University.
The press conference will be Friday at 10 AM at Plaster Student Union Theater on the Missouri State campus.
The event will be open to the public with surface lot and metered parking available during the announcement.
