Second Day of Ruud Trial

Testimony heard in a Springfield courtroom Tuesday revealed more details about the day investigators found the body of an Ozark County teenager.

Rebecca Ruud is charged in the death of her 16 year old daughter Savannah Leckie in 2017.

The jury heard testimony from Savannah’s adoptive mother and a man who handles cadaver dogs, that helped with a search after Ruud told authorities that Savannah had ran away.
