A line of severe thunderstorms came through the Ozarks Friday night.
At one point, Springfield City Utilities said 3000 outages were being reported.
Liberty Utilities reported 1,000 outages in the Republic area.
There were reports of 65 mile per hour winds at Sunshine and Highway 65 and 55 mile per hour winds at James River Freeway and West Bypass.
The community of Chesapeake had 70 mile per hour winds and lost power.
Neosho and Monett reported downed power lines and trees.
