Sound Wall Construction on James River Freeway

Crews have begun installing a sound wall on James River Freeway between National and Campbell. The work will cause lane closures.

Crews will be working on Westbound James River Freeway from 7 AM- 3 PM each day. The National ramp to Westbound James River Freeway will be closed from 7 PM- 6 AM.
