Springfield Man Pleads Guilty In Crash Killing 3 Family Members

A man pleaded guilty to causing a crash that three members of a family in August of 2019.

On Friday 34-year-old Andrew Lynch of Springfield pleaded guilty to second-degree murder and several other felony charges in the deaths of 41-year-old Jamie, 39-year-old Kimberly, and 19-year-old Braeden Seabert.

Court documents had alcohol and meth in his system when he led Greene County Deputies on a chase from the Ozark Empire Fairgrounds until he crashed into the Seabert family’s car at the intersection of Glenstone and Kearney.
