A Springfield man Connor Zacha (29) has been sentenced by a U.S. District judge to 30 years in federal prison with no chance of parole, after being accused of producing child pornography.
The charges are two counts of child exploitation to be served concurrently. After the 30 years are completed, he will be registered as a sex offender and be subject to federal and state sex offender requirements which most likely apply throughout his life.
Zacha plead guilty October 14, 2025 to having produced child pornography with a minor, identified as Jane Doe 1, from November 1, 2022 to November 15, 2023. He also produced child pornography with another minor, identified as Jane Doe 2, between October 1, 2023 and April 19, 2024.
Law enforcement officials observed images of both juveniles on Zacha’s cell phone.
The case was prosecuted by Asst. U.S. Attorney Ami Harshad Miller, and the case was investigated by both Homeland Security Investigations and the Greene County Sheriff’s Office.
