The Ozarks Remembers 9-11 on this Friday.
What We Know: A number of events are happening across southwest Missouri Friday and Saturday honoring those who died in the terror attacks on our nation 25 years ago, including Friday’s Missouri State University’s 9-11 Memorial Stair Climb. The 14th Annual 9-11 Memorial Stair Climb takes place Saturday from 8am until 1pm at Route 66 Stadium in downtown Springfield. College of the Ozarks is holding a “Lest We Forget” memorial Friday morning.
Friday Night Events: Friday night, there will be a Salute to Service Patriot Day show at 7pm at Sunshine Event Center in Springfield, and in Clever, a 9-11 Memorial March will go from O’Reilly Auto Parts to the high school beginning at 6pm.
