Triple Digit Temps Headed to the Ozarks

Triple digit temps are headed back to the Ozarks for much of this week right on through the weekend.

The national weather service says dry high pressure is building into the area, with slightly cooler weather today with highs in the low 90’s.

The airmass this week looks to remain fairly dry, with dewpoints in the upper 50’s and 60’s, which will limit the heat index potential.

Next weekend looks to be the hottest period, with highs up around 104 by Sunday.
