UPDATE: Two Victims Identified in Neosho Plane Crash

What We Know: We now know the names of the two people killed in a plane crash in Neosho on Labor Day.

What It Means: The Newton County coroner says 72-year-old Karl Kemp of Neosho was the pilot of the plane that crashed near the Camp Crowder area. His passenger was 42-year-old Larry Howard of Granby.

What’s Next: The NTSB is investigating the crash.
