A woman from Springfield is suing Walmart after an employee walked in while she was in a dressing room.
The personal injury suit says Jamie Morrison was trying on clothes in a dressing room at the Walmart on Kearney Street, when an older female employee opened the door on the dressing room while Morrison was undressed.
The lawsuit alleges invasion of privacy and infliction of emotional distress.
Morrison is being represented by attorney Chad D. Mann of Springfield.
