12 Felony Charges Issued After January Crash Killed 3

12 felony charges have been issued in regards to a crash in January resulting in the death of three people.

Steven Jordan, 66, of Republic has been charged with 12 felony counts after driving while intoxicated and hitting another vehicle on James River Freeway.

His charges include three counts of second degree murder, and a variety of DWI related charges.

Jordan has four previous DWI convictions dating back to the 1970s and 80s.
