Execution Date Set for Collings

The Missouri Supreme Court has set an execution date for a man convicted in the death of a nine-year-old Newton County girl in 2012.

The State of Missouri will execute Christopher Collings on December 3 for the abduction, rape and murder of 9-year-old Rowan Ford of Stella in 2007.

Ford’s body was found in a sinkhole near Powell.
