An arraignment date has been set for a Laclede County woman accused of trying to poison her husband.
Court documents say Michelle Peters will be arraigned on January 6.
Peters is charged with eight counts of first-degree assault and eight counts of armed criminal action for allegedly putting herbicide in her husband’s soda.
She is being held in the Laclede County Jail without bond.
