One child is dead, and another person injured following an ATV crash in north Springfield.
Officers with the Springfield Police Department say the crash happened just after 11:00pm Thursday night at the intersection of Jean Street and Missouri Avenue in Springfield.
Details on the crash are limited, by investigators did say that the child and a passenger were both rushed to a local hospital, where the child later died of their injuries.
The identity of both victims are not being released at this time.
