Authorities in Springfield and Greene County are searching a suspect charged with DWI-Persistent who violated the terms of his probation.
Investigators say 47-year-old Jeramy Roberts pleaded guilty to the DWI-Persistent charged back in May of this year and was given five years probation as a sentence.
However, authorities say he missed his most recent required testing session, which is a violation of the terms of his probation.
A warrant is now out for Roberts arrest. He’s described as a white male, standing five-foot-nine, weighing 170 pounds, with brown hair and hazel eyes.
Roberts also has several identifying marks, including a tractor tattoo on his left arm, an angel on either arm, and an Amous tattoo on his right arm.
