Christian County Deputies have released the name of a man who was shot and killed during a party over the weekend.
Investigators say 46-year-old Robert Winningham was shot and killed at a party outside of Ozark during Memorial Day Weekend.
Reports say Winningham and another person at the party got into a fight, which escalated when he pulled out a handgun.
That’s when authorities say Winningham fired a shot. Another person at the party returning fire, killing him.
Christian County Sheriff Brad Cole says they are still investigating the incident and that no arrests have been made.
