Bailey Wins – Scharf Concedes

Missouri Attorney General Andrew Bailey has beat Will Scharf earning a full term in office.

In a concession statement, Scharf pledged his support to Bailey in the general election.

Scharf went on to say that he believes that the Missouri political establishment in Jefferson City is, in his words, “badly broken.”

He also said he was grateful for those who volunteered for his campaign.
