93-3 and A-M 560 KWTO, along with Horsin Around Golf Cars, invite you to be a Heartbeat Hero this summer.
Throughout the month of July, we’ll be highlighting ways you can help the Community Blood Center of the Ozarks, the sole provider of blood to hospitals in the Ozarks.
As we approach the long 4th of July holiday weekend, the need for blood donations is high.
You can help by giving blood this Thursday, July 3rd between 8am and 6pm at the Community Blood Center of the Ozarks’ Springfield Donor Center.
You’ll receive a voucher for a pint of frozen custard from Culver’s, a limited edition pint glass, a day passport ticket to SuperSplash USA (a $44.99 value), and a limited-edition beach towel.
Plus, all donors at Friday’s Pint for a Pint blood drive can enter for a chance to win a $10,000 dream vacation giveaway.

“The temperature is rising, and so is the need for blood,” said Michelle Teter, Media Relations Representative for Community Blood Center of the Ozarks. “Summer is a challenging time for the blood supply. School breaks, vacations, and busy schedules often negatively affect summer blood donations, but the need for blood never takes a vacation. We are encouraging everyone to come in, roll up a sleeve and help us keep the heat off the local blood supply. Your donation will give others, right here in the Ozarks, the chance to make new summer memories.”
Make an Appointment: Appointments are strongly encouraged to help avoid wait times.
