A bench trial has been scheduled for a man accused of killing a woman in Lawrence County in 2020.
Steven Calverley is charged with first degree-murder, robbery, kidnapping and four counts of armed criminal action in connection with the death of Sarah Pasco in August 2020.
Calverley was in court Thursday and waived his jury trial.
His bench trial will begin on October 21.
He is the last of the nine people accused of forcing Pasco into a well and killing her.
