The parent company of Burrell Behavioral Health has announced plans to merge with the Nashville-based company Centerstone.
The merger would create the largest nonprofit provider of behavioral health services.
Brightli and Centerstone have made a non-binding agreement to merge.
The merger could take effect as soon as November.
