Child Pornography Charges for Sheriff’s Deputy in Phelps County

A Phelps County Sheriff’s Deputy has been arrested on child pornography charges.

The Phelps County Sheriff says Deputy Justin Durham of Rolla has been fired.

Investigators say a tip led them to Durham. The South Central Missouri Computer Crimes Task Force, the FBI, and the Highway Patrol assisted in the investigation.
