Crash on US 65 Stops Traffic

Traffic was at a standstill on US 65 due to an injury crash.

Christian County Sheriff Brad Cole told KOLR-TV that a car going north on US 65 near Highlandville ran off the bridge near mile marker 30.

At 5 PM, crews were still working to free the driver from the vehicle.

The southbound lanes have been reopened but the northbound 65 is down to only one lane and there is still an emergency vehicle presence.
