The Missouri Supreme Court has set an execution date for a man convicted of murder in 2009.
The court ordered that David Hosier be executed at 6 P.M. on June 11th.
The former firefighter was convicted of first degree murder in the death of Angela Gilpin, with whom he had a relationship.
The state executed four people last year.
