A man has been charged in the death of his daughter in an A-T-V accident.
Court documents say Bryon Heard of Springfield is charged with first degree endangering the welfare of a child – leading to death.
Springfield Police say Heard crashed A-T-V into a utility pole at Jean Street and Missouri Avenue in October of 2024.
The girl was taken to a hospital where she died.
Police believe she was riding on the A-T-V with Heard.
